This page describes the policy that this application (HealthExport, hereinafter “the App”) follows when handling the personal information or similar information of its users.
Basic Policy
We properly obtain, use, and manage personal information handled by the App. Information collected by the App is handled appropriately within the scope of its purpose of use.
Handling of Health Data (HealthKit)
The App obtains health data that the user has explicitly authorized (such as steps, heart rate, sleep, and weight stored in HealthKit) through Apple’s HealthKit framework on a read-only basis. Reading is limited to the scope the user has authorized, and authorization can be changed at any time from iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Health data obtained is processed only on the user’s device and is written to a CSV / XML file only through the user’s action (running an export). The user chooses where the exported file is saved or sent.
The App does not send or store health data on our servers or with any third party. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes, and is never sold or provided to third parties. The App’s use of health data is limited to its purpose: letting the user export their data.
Personal Information Obtained and Purpose of Use
Information other than health data that the App obtains, and its purpose of use, are as follows.
Ad Serving
The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Health data is not used for ad serving. For the AdMob privacy policy, see the following.
Usage Analytics
To improve quality, the App may collect crash information using Google Firebase Crashlytics. Collection follows the diagnostic data sending setting in the App, and health data content is never sent.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
